3005 aluminum routine use in air conditioners, refrigerators, cars and other wet environments, also commonly used in building materials, color aluminum. 3005 aluminum formability, welding, corrosion resistance are good. For processing need to have good formability, high corrosion resistance and good weld ability parts and components, or both of these performance requirements and the need to have a high strength alloy than 1XXX work, such as kitchen utensils, food and chemical products processing and storage devices, tank transport of liquid products, cans, sheet metal processing to various pressure vessels and piping.

Application

Application: Commonly used in chemical equipment, ductwork, and in general sheet metal work. 3004 is also used in the manufacture of cooking utensils, pressure vessels, builder's hardware, eyelet stock, ice cube trays, garage doors, awning slats, refrigerator panels, gas lines, gasoline tanks, heat exchangers, drawn and spun parts, and storage tanks.
