Surrounding Roller Driving Thickener

Introduction:

Roller Driving Thickener is applied to the processing of the thickener concentrates and tailing dewatering, 20%-30% of the pulp is improved to about 40%-70%.
Roller Driving Thickener actually is not a simple sedimentation device, but a new type of dewatering equipment combined with slurry filtration performance.

The high-efficiency concentrator is mainly composed of a circular concentrating tank and a squeegee scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the concentration tank settle under gravity, and the upper part becomes clear water, so that the solid liquid can be separated. The slime deposited on the bottom of the concentrating tank is continuously scraped by the squeegee scraper to the center discharge port of the bottom of the tank, while the clarified water overflows from the upper edge of the concentrating tank.
